Pull Requests are not showing in Code Tab

mohansaiteki January 5, 2023

We are testing the jira project migration from one instance (source instance) to another instance (destination instance).

Before migration source jira instance is connected to bitbucket and Jira tickets are linked to bitbucket repo commit, branch and pull request through smart links. I am able to see the commit's, branches and pull request information in Development Custom field and latest pull requests information under Code Tab.

After the Jira project migration. we disconnected the bitbucket with source instance and connected the same bitbucket to destination jira instance. Now in destination jira instance I am able to see the commit's, branches and pull request information under Development Custom Field but I am not seeing the latest pull requests information in Code Tab.

I even created new pull request after the migration by including the Jira ticket number. I am able to see the pull request count in Development Custom field but not in Code Tab

Not sure where I did wrong.

Is this behaviour expected after migration or do we have any on-going bug for this ?

Please let me know if you need any further information.

4/15/25 Having same issue, but I am not migrating, just testing the Jira Github integration.

The tracking of pull requests is present in (Right side) Development field, but not present in Code tab on left side?
