Pull a report of issue comments per user per day

I am trying to find an easy way to generate a pull of information out of Jira Cloud that pulls all comments entered per user per day, along with the issue id and a custom field value... it would just be a data dump with the following columns:

Issue ID, Comment, TimeStamp, Custom Field

The filters for the report would be User and Date.

Any easy ways to do this for someone who is not adept yet at coding?
