I'm looking to find a plug in or find a way to track the quality of my development team. Looking to see how often tasks get bounced back from QA per developer, timeliness, rate the degree of failure on a QA test, etc.
I see a lot of QA plug ins for automating the process of testing but not so much for capturing metrics on my team to offer additional support to team members that might need it.
Would anyone share what they have used for this?

I second this query, mainly from the perspective of being able to judge ticket quality. Does anybody have any pointers for how this might be achieved?
