I am assigned as a QA resource in a JIRA ticket. But I am not getting the notifications.
First thing to do is check your Personal settings
For that click on your avatar picture and choose Personal settings
Then look what are your settings regarding to Get email updates for issue activity when
If everything looks okey, then someone from your company with Jira Administrators rights has to get involved. In this case tool called Notification Helper can help to find the problem.
