Is it possibile to use Tempo plugin for Jira to produce a Report of planned or reported time over a Quarter / Year period?
e.g. obtaining a grid similar to this one:
Project | October | November | December | PR1 | 10 | 20 | 10 | PR2 | 12 | 24 | 10 | PR3 | 13 | 20 | 10 |
Where all entries are in days (of 8 hours) and not in hours?
I would like to do similar reporting by User / Project / Team
Is it possible to do that with plain Tempo? is some sort of scripting / API access required?
Currently, you will have to use either the API or export to Excel and then use the data to produce the output to your liking.
This would be VERY useful, how can you look at trends for diffrent work priorities without this. Also, exporting to excel can only seem to be done one project at a time, and only per month. You would have to export loads of reports for thsi to happen.
How is this not an obvious feature?

It is an obvious feature but there are performance issues that make it technically infeasible at the moment but we are going to solve it. Please watch this issue for progress: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTMPO-177

You can also use our Arsenale Dataplane Reporting for JIRA add-on which makes this type of multi-project reporting trivial. For example in Dataplane:
Done!
Your results will look something like this. I've segmented by Priority in this example. Then just click over to the "Data" tab on the results page to see the results in grid/table form.
All without leaving JIRA, and no Excel needed!

Thanks, I will keep an eye on it, fingers crossed you can sort as this would be excellent!
