Quarterly planning with Jira roadmap or other option

I am new to agile project management. My start up company does not have Gantt access. How can I use Jira roadmap or any other solution to do quarterly planning.

I want to be able to put all epics under 1 view. Identify which epic gets delivered in which quarter (mostly just current and next quarter). High level estimate the epic to identify the risk of not being able to deliver.
