Hello,

Are these functionalities readily available in Jira?

Performance / Workload by person: Instant report / annual report for each person... etc Escalation Matrix: Sending emails to managers if an issue has exceeded a certain threshold Reminders: Sending auto reminder emails to assignee after the X% has passed of the total time dedicated for the issue

If you are using Jira Service Desk:

Performance / Workload by person(this is build in)

Instant report / annual report for each person (this you can create)

Sending emails to managers if an issue has exceeded a certain threshold Reminders: Sending auto reminder emails to assignee after the X% has passed of the total time dedicated for the issue

For this action you have to use additional PlugIns( ex. Automation for Jira)

Thank you very much  for your inputs. We are using Jira Data Center.

We have used Script Runner for the Escalation and Reminders. For Workload, it is built in as you mentioned.

Can you suggest a plugin that has more features for Performance/Workload reporting?
