Query regarding JIRA Dashboard Gadget

I am trying to use the Gadget called JEP – Resolution Time Bar Chart, but end up getting gadget.common.error.500. This quite happens for few other gadgets too, but not for all. Could you please help in advising on how to resolve the same

Hi @Siva,

Not sure what it is wrong there, but, as an alternative, you could eventually try our Cycle Time Trend chart, which can display the average resolution time (like for example, from the issue creation to the moment the issue reached a done-category status) per time intervals along with a trend-line.

The gadget is offered by our Great Gadgets app. It offers many other gadgets that you might find useful.
