As our team grows, we're more and more likely to hit the 3000 Issue limit on Next-Gen Jira Roadmaps. We have hit it already twice in the last two weeks, and so we're hoping to create a process; where by we receive an alert when we reach a threshold count of issues; at which point we'll archive issues that were completed 90 days or longer ago, by changing the due date to a date more than 1 year ago.
Is there a JQL query that we can use to create a filter that would generate the same results as the roadmap does when it does its checks on the issue count?
