Query where issue has not been linked in time period

Hi all,

We have a "repo" of templates in a Jira project, whenever an issue in that project is used, it is linked to using a specific Link Type.

Is it possible to do a query that will bring back:

List all issues in Project "Template" where no new link has been added using that link type "is template" in the last X months?

I don't think it is, but thought I'd check with the experts before giving it up.

I tried different ideas out, however this doesn't seem to be possible natively. A skilled ScriptRunner-Developer or an external script accessing the Database directly might be able to figure something out, however just with a JQL I see no way of accomplishing this.
