Query which shows how long a ticket has been in a certain state over its lifetime

Hi folks,

I need to run some queries on tickets that are in a Returned state.  I have already successfully created one which shows me current tickets that have been Returned for more than 7 days.  However, I also would like to create one that shows me how long a ticket has been Returned over the its lifetime e.g ticket created, was then flipped to Returned, then Open, then back to Returned etc...

Is that possible?

Have a look at Time in Status addon.

It does exactly what you described.
