Hi, I’d like to understand how to view reports related to the progress of a story in my project. In our structure, we use Epics as OKRs, Stories as KPIs, and Tasks as the actions tied to them.

We’ve integrated tasks under stories, and our goal is to track the completion percentage for a story based on the tasks marked as done. Is there a way to visualize this in the project reports? If so, which tools or configurations would you recommend for this?

Hi @vinicius.espindola

You can leverage the Issue Statistics gadget to gain a high-level view of progress by filtering for stories in your project. This gadget displays the distribution of stories by status, providing valuable insights into project progress

Utilize custom fields and automation. By creating a custom field called "Story Completion" and setting up an automation rule, you can calculate the percentage of completed tasks within a story and update this field accordingly. This enables you to view completion percentages on story cards, display story progress on dashboards, and export data to Excel for further analysis.
