Greetings,
We're currently running Jira (10 user) and Confluence (50 user) on Windows Server 2003 R2, with SQL Server 2005 R2.
We're interesting in moving our Jira/Confluence installation to a Linux server (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS), and I'm wondering if you have any documentation on moving the configuration/databases over from one to the other. We will run MySQL on the Ubuntu server.
Thanks,
Bill
Hi Bill,
Check it out this documentations about how to migrate content from a server to another:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF43/Migrating+Confluence+Between+Servers
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA052/Migrating+JIRA+to+Another+Server
About migrating the content from MS SQL to MySQL, I recommend using the MySQL Migration Toolkit:

Hope it helps!!
