Hi There, I'm hoping someone can help answer these questions:
Roadmaps / Timeline
We can't seem to add milestones such that it can be displayed in the timeline view. How can this be done?
Within the timeline view, the only status that is displayed is "DONE" against any Epic, however none of the other states are displayed. I noticed that for the individual stories within an EPIC, there is no issue, since whether the story is in TO DO, or DONE, etc, it is always displayed.
Dashboards
We can't add the "Activity" field to the Dashboard, Filter view in order to capture the comments against the Jira card. Is this possible? Consolidating various team roadmaps together We would like to consolidate multiple team Jira roadmaps together to produce a consolidated view. Is this possible?
If any of the above is roadmapped, can you let me know when this will actually be available in the future.
thanks Sheldon
1.
While there is no enforced limit on the number of teams that can be included in your plan, we recommend adding no more than 50 teams. If you add more, some teams won't display on the Teams tab and you’ll need to enter the team name in the search box.

Perhaps you can try to check the dependencies detailed here? It seems that you can still see dependencies from other projects/epics. Or you could try to set up initiatives to link different epics from different projects.

Not exactly sure what you wanna achieve here. Seems that you created a custom field and wanna use it as a filter in your dashboard. Check this community question to see if it helps you out.

Hi @sheldon.gonsalves welcome to the community!
Roadmaps/Timeline
You can try the advanced roadmap to manage multiple roadmaps with different levels of hierarchy, dependencies, and milestones.
For the issue you mentioned, I would also check the board settings for the display.
Dashboards
To consolidate various team roadmaps, I would also use the advanced roadmap. You can find more details here.
Hope the above helps!

Hi @TC Wang
Thanks for the information which has been useful. Some follow up questions if I may:
1. Within the advanced roadmap, is there an upper limit to how many team roadmaps can be consolidated together? Just trying to understand scale here
2. I noticed that a linked dependency between two different roadmap EPICs is not display within the advanced roadmap view. If i hover over the timeline i can see the hard dependency, however I don't see the line scribed between the two roadmaps, as i do between EPICs in the same roadmap. I hope this makes sense.
thanks for your assistance
thanks
