Quick filters clear on page refresh?

I'm on my Scrum Board and I have some quick filters selected, like Hide Closed and Assigned to me, and then I refresh the page the quick filters are now unselected.  Shouldn't they persist? 
Looking in the docs and I'm not having much luck explaining how they should work on a page refresh.

@Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM I just tried it again.
What I'm seeing is I have several quick filters.  If I click on "Subtask only" and "Hide Closed" the URL shows both the filters in it, by filter ID.

on a hard opage refresh the first quickfilter is persisted, but any subsiquent qickfilters are not

Hi @Chuck Oleary 

I tested this on my site and couldn't reproduce.  Possibly it was a fluke cloud thing, can you retest and see if it still happens?
