Quickly pull up parent or child issues of an issue via JQL in Portfolio Cloud

There was the feature released for Server version 2.11 to quickly pull up parent or child issues of an issue via JQL and search issues within Portfolio hierarchy in Jira. 

Does somebody know when this could be released for Cloud?

I opened a ticket for this:

Is there any workaround in the meantime to get all issues of a single parent, but within the whole hierarchy.

The issue which is done for JIRA porfolio is this one  (JQL support for Multi level Parent Link)
