QuotaExceeded Error

Mike Doner January 15, 2020

Hi there.

We recently migrated our JIRA Software from Linux->Windows, while upgrading to the latest version. This process was completed using the XML Export/Import.

Post migration, we are seeing the following messages when we are trying to view a board. Thinking the OLD board was corrupt, we created a NEW board - but the error still continues.

Additionally, we were in the middle of a sprint at the time of migration, the sprint is no longer displaying - unclear if its 'gone' or if its related to another display error like below.

Would appreciate any help in resolving these issues.

Thank you.

Hi @Mike Doner ,

did you find a solution for your error? I have the same one and didn't find something yet. It would be nice if you could give a hint.

I did try, but if your instance of Jira is in the same domain as many other web sites in you environment, the Firefox cache size is share with those.

I did increase and it grows until it get to it's max, after witch the error come's back. Solution does not work for long.

Opening in a different browser, tried Chrome, solves the issue because it is used alone in or because Chrome handles cache differently.
