RTM Environment field

Hi, 

we are starting up a project and our client is planning to have the RTM Plugin. However, to use this plugin, the RTM Environment must be configured to the issues and this particular column cannot be modified/hide from the view. This RTM Environment column is not part of the requirements and our client does not want to have this on any issues.

Is there any possibility to update this specific column, RTM Environment, so we can meet our client's requirements?

Hi Francis!

It's great to hear that you're evaluating the RTM app and I hope you will find it useful.

For now, RTM is based on a dedicated panel that cannot be modified and all already used custom fields are hardcoded and necessary for the proper working of the app. Nevertheless, we realize that it can limit our customers that is why we’re thinking about extending the list of fields and add the possibility to customize the panel view in the future. The appropriate task there is in our backlog but at this moment, I’m unable to promise any ETA in this matter. The only detail I can provide you with is the version where it will be included, to be more precise 5.0.0.
