Ran a cloud-to-cloud migration, the dashboard says it's incomplete but shows no errors

I ran a small cloud-to-cloud migration, from a skunkworks site that a team was running by themselves to our production, 500 user jira enterprise site.

All checks reported no problem, so I moved ahead to run it. Took only a couple minutes. At the end, though, I got an unexpected result - Migration was reported as Incomplete, and that "To view the errors that need fixing, go to the Logs and reports tab below."

Problem being, that said tab reports NO ERRORS FOUND. Now I don't really know how to proceed. This is the most unhelpful final report possible.

By the way, I wish it was possible to easily start a support ticket based on either the source OR the destination of the migration.

I had this same problem.  I opened a support ticket with Atlassian and they confirmed that the data migrated fine.  Atlassian might have a bug tracker for this but I haven't seen one yet.

thank you. In the meantime I've opened a ticket myself from the Premium site, hopefully I will get the same answer you did.
