Rank field missing in default screen

Since the most recent update to OnDemand, the Rank field went missing from the default screen when editing or creating an issue.

I read some upgrade notes regarding the new Global Rank field vs Rank, but apparently I've still not set it up correctly... I miss being able to set the Rank for an issue without having to go to the Planning or Rapid board.

That feature was removed. Vote here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-3967 Global Rank should be Editable from Edit Issue screen
