Hello!
I am trying to find a plugin for using checklists.
I need functionality:
If I close the task and this task is a checklist item, this item will be marked done.
I have HOSTING OPTION - SERVER.
Can you help me?
Thank you
Hi @Жанна Борушевская !
You may want to try out Smart Checklist for Jira Server plugin built by our team.
The add-on lets you create and manage checklist items on your Jira issues quickly and easily. There are other handy features Smart Checklist add-on offers, feel free to visit our knowledge base to check them out.

Hi Alina, thanks for sharing the info on your app. One thing you may wish to do when offering your app in Community posts is to identify that you work for the vendor. Here are the guidelines which aims to ensure transparency and fairness to all vendor/partners. BTW, I took a moment to take a fresh look at the app which appears very slick. I may have to give it a go myself. ;-)

Hi,
We're the maker of the Checklist for Jira app. Our app offers a very powerful workflow function where you can control the checklist items during a transition. So, if you want to automatically mark items in a checklist when you close an issue, then we do support that.
If what you are looking for is to close and issue when an Item is checked, then I don't think that any apps allows that but we do have an extensive API so you would possibly be able to use it with some scripting to accomplish what you want.
Hope that helps,
Let me know if you have more questions.
Yves

Hello @Жанна Борушевская
I'm not sure I fully understood your use case, but you can search for a checklist plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace and trial any of them free of charge. I can particularly recommend Multiple Checklists for Jira that our team is working on and that is available for Jira Server.
I'll be happy to help more if you clarify what you are looking for a little more.
Best regards,
Sebastian

Hello, @Sebastian Brudziński !
We need to display on a daily basis the plan and the completed items from this plan
I had an idea to implement this requirement using a checklist.
I see it like this:
1. Tim Lead daily draws up a checklist with a list of tasks. Each task has a separate item.
2. The employee performs the task. Employee changes task status to resolve or closed.
3. The item corresponding to the closed task is marked as completed.
Thank you!

I use Issue Checklist Pro and like it but it appears it is Cloud only. I also evaluated Checklist for Jira and liked it so you might have a look at it. there are certainly many good checklist apps out there so research the Marketplace and trial a few to see which one you like.

I did it. But I couldn't find this type "synchronization".
And decided to ask. Maybe somebody tried to find something like this.
