Добрый день! Прошу подсказать, как отключить уведомления к определенному проекту, пользователь ранее участвовал в бизнес-процессе, потом он вышел из этого проекта?

To stop a user from receiving notifications from a project they have left, you might need to remove them from the users and roles list for that project. Also, check if they are part of a group that has access to the project, and if so, remove them from the group.

Also Note: Removing a user from a project does not automatically reassign their tasks. You'll need to reassign those tasks to someone else to ensure work continues smoothly.

В данном проекте только одна роль и этого пользователя нет в ней. А как из списка пользователей удалить? данный пользователь в других проектах работает

Since the user is not assigned to any roles but is still receiving notifications, your project access settings might be more open, and all users might see all projects by default.

Here are a few things to check:

1. Assigned tasks: Make sure the user doesn't have any tasks assigned to them in this project. If they do, reassign them to another member. This should stop notifications related to those tasks.

2. Notification settings in the profile: The user may be subscribed to notifications about events in the project. Ask them to check their notification settings in their profile and unsubscribe from any unnecessary ones.
