並行スプリントの場所がわからない

並行スプリントを有効にしたいのですが、該当箇所が見当たりません。

productの画面に行くことができません。設定画面（右上）から「プロジェクト」のボタンしかない状態です。

ありがとうございます。並行スプリントを行い、実行できました。ですが、新たに作成したSTという画面が他のメンバーには反映されておらず、原因と対処法を教えて頂きたいです。

具体的には、ITA１とSTを同時にアクティブ状況にしたいと思っています。ですが、管理者からはSTの操作ができるのですが（写真2枚目）、他メンバーからはSTという画面が出てこないようです。（写真1枚目）

Can other users select an issue in the Backlog and click the right mouse button to send to any sprint?

バックログから検索すると出てきました。ただ、それ以外からは出てこないようです。

If there are a lot of sprint options, the system will not show them all in the drop-down menu by default. If users perform a fuzzy search, can they find the "ST" sprint ?
