My Problem is :
I have a database Specialist (Lisa) who is working for Team A using Sprintboard A. Now Team B is asking for support and the PO of Team A aggreed. The Tasks of Lisa should show up in Sprintboard of Team A as well as in Sprintboard of Team B.
My first idea was to create a komponent like "Sharing" and to modify the board filter. but this does not seem to work. Any Ideas ?
Cheers
Gunnar
Your teams have decided that Lisa's work capacity will be split between the teams, and so they are likely doing different work to help each team. That work would be on each teams' board only. And, the expected capacity Lisa contributes is impacted as well, certainly less than 50% for each team due to the extra communication and effort impact of task-switching.
What problem is being solved by having Lisa's work on both boards when it is not relevant for both teams?
Kind regards,
Bill
Hope you are doing well.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a Jira issue in more than one Active or Future sprint at a time. A possible workaround would be to create a clone and have the clone as a part of the Sprint board of Team A, while the actual issue can be with Team B.
You can also set up an automation rule to close the original request when the clone is closed and vice versa for further convenience.
Hope this helps :)

I may have created 2 different tasks(Jira Issue) for Lisa for Team A and Team B and for corresponding task would have been added to respective sprints of team A and B.
Generally for scrum boards I would use filter based on team name.
