Getting the following error when using REST API call connecting to Jira Data Center 8.20.10 via Postman or Python or any other third part apps.

500 is a response error, it doesn't tell you anything about what went wrong on the server side.

You'll need to read the server's application log to find out what failed.

Thank you for the response.

I figured that but I don't have access to the application logs.

To explain in detail, we have upgraded our Jira instance from 8.20.9 to 8.20.10. It is working fine in 8.20.9 and we are starting to get this error after the upgrade to 8.20.10 was completed.

More specific question is, what changed in Jira 8.20.10 that is causing this error when it is working for 8.20.9 and earlier versions? Any thoughts?
