Hi everyone,
Do you know if it's possible to create a Jira ticket automatically from data available in a Notion page?
Thanks.
yes, this is possible and you can do this in Notion via automation.
Not to bore you with long reply - here is the link to the Notion automation hub where you can find how and what you can automate from Notion to other tools.
Also you can check the Notion's Jira integration steps to achieve the linking and creation of tickets.
Note: you need to have a Notion account so you can do this.
Hope this helps.
Note for others - that is not a link to the Notion Automation hub, it's a 3rd party vendor integration. Please at least be up front about your advertising.
This is the actual Notion Automation hub official documentation:
https://www.notion.com/help/category/automations
If you have the ability to set up webhooks, notion and Jira both have documentation for webhooks.
Jira is here: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/
Notion is here: https://www.notion.com/help/webhook-actions
Still investigating the feasibility myself.
