AUTOMATION: Error to clone a issue

Hello everyone,

I made an automation to clone a issue when I change the status. But when I do the change the clone issue not happened and in the audi log I get this error message:

Create issue

Error creating issue

Summary: You must specify a summary of the issue.

Unknown fields set during create, they may be unavailable for the project/type. Check your custom field configuration. Fields ignored -

Reporter (reporter), Summary (summary), Labels (labels)

Can help me, please?

@Bruno Mesquita dos Santos , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In your create ACTION, the "Summary" field cannot be empty.

You must put a value on it or make it copy from the issue being carried over.

Also, the "Reporter" and "Labels" fields seem to be mandatory in creating this other issue, but they are not on the screen.

Check at:
Project settings;
Screens;
"Edit" and "View" screens of the issue type of creation of the issue and add these fields in the "Reporter" and "Labels" screens.

Then test again.

If any errors still occur, then add the "Reporter" and "Labels" fields in the Create Issue ACTION and give them some value.
