Can not acces liferay.atlassian.net, but in the past I have submited an issues, Something changed?

An important message for the community…
Beginning on Monday, June 19th, Liferay is moving its current Jira instance to the Jira Cloud.
A major side-effect of this move is cost related; cost goes up as users are added.
Liferay has decided to change external access to issues.liferay.com.
Non-Liferay users will be not be able to create, watch, vote for or comment on LPS tickets. There will be exceptions made, I’m sure, but generally access to community members is likely to mostly removed.
Issue reporting will be handled via submissions to Ask. Feature requests are also to be submitted to Ask per instructions here: https://help.liferay.com/hc/articles/360018123132-Requesting-a-New-Feature-or-Feature-Improvement

Is that what they told you? That it is not a public issue tracker (now, despite maybe being public in the past?)
I am sorry we can't hep you with this one. Access to an organisation's system is entirely up to that organisation, so when we get stuck on access, we can't do anything more than recommend talking to the admins of that organisation.
