What are you trying to develop¿?

IF you are requesting data from servers in from diferent domains, the server has to allow that, for security reasons its not common practice.

CROSS ORIGIN REQUESTS

Who is configured the server with that scripts?

Who is include that script to template of page?

jsd-portal server does not allow cross origin requests.

You are making GET  request

I just install

and now the page is loading without problems

It's a temporary decision
