Not able to access Tempo Planner from Jira software Cloud. Please let know where the issue is.

You do not have the rights to access the tempo planner.
Go to Jira settings --> Security --> Global permission and check whether you are a part of the group which is added to Tempo Planner access global permission.

I have checked Global permissions , Project Permissions and Team permissions.
i am good actually . Till last evening i was able to access it. i dont know why its saying like this today.

My problem got resolved. The reason for the error was the lack of license. Apparently, Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Planner have two different licenses that you have to pay for
