Access trough VPN

Deleted user September 20, 2021

Hello,

We have a whitelisted Jira  and Confluence Cloud so both of them can only be accessed from the office.

Now, we want to give access to some users from outside the office network. We configured the VPN to get all the traffic which destination is on this list of IP and send it trough the static IP router in the office.

After doing that we keep failing to connect to Atlassian Cloud. Is there anything more we should do?

Thanks!

Hey there. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to Atlassian Cloud. Have you tried whitelisting the Atlassian IP addresses? You can find a list of them here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/whitelist-atlassian-ip-addresses-829162941.html. If that doesn't work, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot further. In the meantime, you may try using another VPN service, like thunder vpn windows. I've suggested that one considering that it's free. I look forward to your reply!

Did you allow traffic to the domain names mentioned on IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products / too?

I think you need to whitelist the domains and IP's
