I have an issue that started today, whereby when I am in active sprint i can not longer scroll down the screen
this means i cannot see all the tickets on the board
any ideas?
I posted a while ago with a workaround but it no longer works. In the meantime someone I work with figured out that Shift+F5 works in restoring scrolling, so far it's worked for me! Hopefully that helps.
I am having the same issue using Chrome on a DELL laptop.

I'm having this issue using Edge on Windows. Cleared the cache multiple times since it started happening. As a workaround I zoom out and at some point the scroll bar on the side shows and once I use it I can scroll as normal and zoom back in.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am working in windows on google chrome.
I am able to scroll on any other Jira screen, just not on Active Sprint.

I have this issue, why has this not been fixed by Atlassian in the last month and a half? It's really preventing working if I can't see all of the tickets on the board. Any word from the company on when this will be fixed? Is there a proper channel to submit bugs to Atlassian?

I check on my cloud instance and it works correctly!
Please, could you try to clean your browser cache and try again? If the issue persists, please, could you attach a screenshot related to your problem?

Seems to be an issue with Chrome on Mac. I have the same. Works on Safari.

Tried clearing my cache on Chrome also, still occuring. Navigate from Backlog to Active sprints, observe unable to scroll down. Can only view subsequent stories by collapsing them.

I have had similar issues with Chrome/Mac, but it seems intermittent. Sometimes the scroll bar is there, sometimes it is not. I can usually keep refreshing the page to get it to appear, but very frustrating...
