Actual Date-Time, not Elapsed time

Jira server 7.3.2. Would like to display the actual time in Date-Time format, not the elapsed time ("1 week ago") that is currently shown in numerous places in the issue view screens.

Examples would be the Date Created or Date Updated fields, and activites on the History tab.
