Is it posible to edit the template that sends the the email when an issue is edited, commented , etc. I wanted to add a text that says something like "This mail was automatically generated, please do not reply" to the issue templates and to the Script Listener plugin.

I have tested myself, please go to settings - system - general configuration - edit settings
there you can edit "Email from" field and replace it with text you want, since in the body of the email it will show who is the user who made the change and what was it, so you can just replace the text here to "do not reply ..."
