Add customers to an organization button is not working

Hi there !

I'm trying to add customers to an organization but the button Add is simply doing nothing.

The result is the same when i use the button in the list of the organizations or the button inside the organization.

Do you have any idea ? If you need more details, don't hesitate to ask me. I'm quite new inside this community, i don't really know what i need tell you to help me :)

I recently came across the same issue, can you switch your Jira language to English and try again?

Assuming your Jira currently is in French, here is the related bug: Adding customers to an organization in French language is not possible.

Thank you very much! It really helped. 

You assumed correctly, our Jira is currently in French.

But to make it work, i had to change the language of my browser and not the language by default inside Jira.

I hope this may help other people while this little bug is still out here ;)
