Add previous assignees to issue security level

Is it possible to add all previous assignees to the issue security level. Previous assignees often have to communicate with future assignees in the comment section

You cannot do it but what you can do is to configure a multi user field in the security level. Then using automation for Jira, add the user to the field everytime the issue is assigned.

Not out of the box. What you're looking for is a dynamic list in the security level. There might be a plug-in. However, since they are dropping support for the server version you may want to think twice before adding a plug-in unless it is supported in the cloud version.
