I am trying to create a bunch of Jira subtasks using Import CSV function. Is there a way to add all the watchers needed to each ticket using this Import CSV file?
While I haven't tried that, it should be possible according to this support article. A couple of things to keep in mind:
Watchers are users, so you'll need to reference them with their account id or email address in your csv file.
The people you list in your csv file must be existing Jira users. Otherwise they will not be imported.
If you want to add multiple watchers to a single issue, you will need to add several Watchers columns to your csv file, all with the same column title and each one listing a single watcher (user).
@Walter Buggenhout , sorry. I mentioned that I was able to find the mapping before by mistake. I am not able to Map watchers in mapping. What field do we map to add watchers?
