Hey Everyone,
I had a question regarding adding attachments on closed issues since there are members of our QA team that will perform edits to closed issues.
Is this behaviour correct?
Adding an attachment by editing a CLOSED ticket
1) Click on closed on a closed ticket
2) then click on attach
3) There is no browse button
Adding an attachment by editing your comment on a CLOSED ticket
1) Click on a closed ticket
2) Scroll down to one of your comment you made
3) Click on the edit area on your comment
4) Click on attachment
5) There is no browse button
Is this the correct behaviour that there should be no browse button in the 2 examples?

Nope - you should have a BROWSE option even on a CLOSED ISSUE
