Does anyone know if i can add custom attributes to my users in JIRA, such as 'location' or 'employee ID' and get these to appear in JIRA or Tempo reports?

Thanks!

Hi,

you can edit User Properties of "managed" users - see more here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/update-roles-and-properties-for-jira-users-744721647.html

Thanks - do you know if these attributes can be reported on?  i.e. Listed in a JIRA filter and exported to XLS? Or is it only 'Atlassian marketplace apps' that will be using this data?

You'll need an app to extract the data from properties.

Hi Alexander, we're not using LDAP and users are created manually when joining to company. Also forgot to say we are using JIRA cloud. Thanks.
