Hi, my company currently uses Jira for project management (Kanban). However, we are interested in adding the Service Desk option for customer support. Can I get someone to contact me to discuss the cost associated with adding this feature/plug-in?
it all depends on how many people are going to work on the service desk project tickets. There are no costs for the amount of customers.
Each jira user that will need to work on those tickets, will need an “agent” license.
