Hello Atlassian Team!

I have created a new plan with 4 boards as issue sources included. My struggle is that if I create a new epic within this newly created plan it appears only in this plan (roadmap) view and not creating an actual JIRA ticket with a dedicated ID and won't appear in the backlog either. I even assigned it to a chosen Scrum Team, and still not...

Any hint is much appreciated.

Thank you,
Rita

Hi @Dömök Rita

You simply need to commit the changes you made, in this case, creating a new Epic, to Jira and the Epic will be created.

Please see the info here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/save-changes-made-in-advanced-roadmaps/
