Hi - Can I get some help please. If I go to the backlog and highlight an issue I can add a flag to it and it will show a comment box for the reason of the blocker.
However if I open the issue and click on the ... on the top left and select add flag it will just flag it and not ask for a reason. I'd like the reason box to pop up whenever an issue is blocked, no matter how it's done. Can anyone help?
No, the only way to get the comment box to pop up is by right clicking on the ticket in the backlog and selecting "Add flag".
