Adding point estimates to tasks

I can create story point estimates for a story, but cannot assign point estimations to tasks individually, where would I set this up? I saw an old question similar to this answered but the answer is no longer the same as the path they described doesn't apply to the new JIRA

Hello Robby,

To use Story points on other issue types, you must change the context of the Story Points field by following the steps below:

- Type gg and search for Custom fields or Navigate to JIRA Settings > Issues > Custom Fields

- Find the field Story Points > Click on the Three dots Icon > Configure

- Click Edit Configuration

- On the Issue type selection, select Tasks

- Click Modify

hey @Petter Gonçalves - I tried to follow your flow but I don't see "Configure" in the dropdown (I am highest permission level). 

I've attached a screenshot of dropdown options - please help! thank you!
