Adding the target branch for a PR to the Development Panel when viewing a ticket

Hello!

Is it possible to see the target branch for a PR within the development panel when viewing the related ticket in JIRA? (without having to click the PR link itself).

You can't do it without modifying the system add-on itself. If it is a such a big issue, I would recommend creating a new add-on though, without modifying the system add-on as that will break during upgrades.
