Additional tab on create screen does not show up. Why?

Hi all, 

I created a tab on the create screen scheme. But it does not apppear on the screen when I create a new issue. When I look under Show fields, the fields of the tab are not listed. But configurations seem to be OK accord. Find your field.

Hope someone can help me with this.

Can you check if the screen in added to "Create" transition in the workflow ?

Thank you for response. In the meanwhile something weird happend. I integrated the tab yesterday but only today it appeared
