user from my organization wants to add story points to the plan after adding and reviewing changes he got an error that unable to commit story points.
i checked the screens and we have story points in create screen but we dont have any data for that. my doubt is can we add story points directly from plan or we need to open each and every ticket and add story point ?
Hi @sai chinamuthevi You Story Points field needs to be on the Edit/View Issue Screen of that issue type as well.

Does the user who wants to save the changes to Jira from Advanced Roadmaps have the Advanced Roadmaps user permission?

Please double check the context of the Story Points field and make sure it is enabled for all issue types you would like to edit.
