Is there a possibility to see the capacity of each single user as well as I can see the capacity of a team?

Looking around this is not a feature. I also don’t see any feature requests for this but I can explain why this is the case

Jira software and advanced roadmaps are designed to specifically be used in agile work. The concept of agile is to be team based not individual based. Thus by having a feature like this it’s actually against the agile manifesto.

there maybe plugins that allow such a feature that you could purchase separately but I do not know of any

i would recommend looking around marketplace.atlassian.com

however I would really recommend if people want to use Jira to move their team as a whole towards using the basics of agile properly(like team vs individual) as it will make Jira so much better. I know this is a process as my team has been working towards it for the last 6 months and there will be constant learns. But it is effective.

thank you very much for your answer. I already  guessed something like this but have to find a solution for our hybrid projects.
