How much is licensing for us to move to a version of Jira Cloud that includes Advanced Roadmaps and how much per user?

Hi @Richard Weaver ,

To get Advanced Roadmaps Jira Plans in Jira Cloud (assuming you're on cloud, as this info is provided with the question), you'll need to be on the Jira Cloud Premium plan. Jira Plan is included as a feature in this plan.

As for pricing, I'd recommend checking the following links:

These could provide a fairly accurate estimate based on the number of users you have and the billing cycles.

Can we upgrade to Premium for just the few people who would need to use Jira Plans/Advanced Roadmaps and not everyone else who only submits support tickets?

@Richard Weaver No, the pricing is for all users (or the relevant user tiers that have product access to Jira.

Welcome to the community.

No this is not an option per user, a subscrition plan is for a product not on users.

So you can have Jira Premium, Jira Service Management Standard and Confluence Standard for example.

Otherwise you can stay on standard and browse the marketplace for 3rd party solutions on roadmaps/plans.

There are many options available.
