I am trying to run a advance search on resolution time for tickets in a project so it can be download to excel. But when I try I get an alert indicating I need to be in "advance search" which I thought I was...screenshot attached. Please advise.

Click on the Swith to JQL link, so the search option will be changed to advanced.

Hi @Rob,
If you want to download resolution time , you can set filter columns. Update the filter columns with the field called Resolved or any our custom fields which captures resolution time. So whenever you download it will give you the resolved date.
