Advanced Search on resolution times

I am trying to run a advance search on resolution time for tickets in a project so it can be download to excel. But when I try I get an alert indicating I need to be in "advance search" which I thought I was...screenshot attached. Please advise.reporting issue atlas.jpg

@Rob ,

Click on the Swith to JQL link, so the search option will be changed to advanced.

Thank you but still not sure what command to put in JQL that will provide a "time of resolution" so it can be downloaded

Hi @Rob,

If you want to download resolution time , you can set filter columns. Update the filter columns with the field called Resolved or any our custom fields which captures resolution time. So whenever you download it will give you the resolved date.
