Advanced roadmaps: Issues do not show up in the right sprint

Peter Schenk October 24, 2022

I am setting up a new Project:

- Issue source is a scrum board

- issue is assigned to a team

- Issue is assigned to "Sprint 2"

I would expect that this issue does show up in "Sprint 2" in my Advance Roadmap capacity management view. However, it shows up in a random place in the Gantt chart.

Any idea?

Hi @Peter Schenk and welcome to the Community,

That makes me suspect that start and end dates for the issues have been filled out manually on the issue and that these dates do not match with the sprint start and end dates.

For the issue to be displayed in the sprint, leave start end end dates blank and let the auto schedule function do its magic.

Hope this helps!

I managed to solve the problem by changing the start / end column field from

start date --> to target start date

end date --> to target end date

Not very intuitive, but now it works
